Users are wholly responsible for accessing and making correct use of the web site, subject to current Spanish and international legislation and to the principles of good faith, ethics, good practices and public security, and undertake to faithfully adhere to any additional indications which may be conveyed to them by the Iavante Foundation in relation to said use and access. The user is specifically, and not exclusively, prohibited from executing the following actions, being solely liable for the consequences of the same:

1. Altering or modifying any part of the web site, evading, disabling or manipulating in any way the functions of the web site.
2. Using the web site to send advertising or commercial information, to send messages for advertising purposes or to gather data to the same end.
3. Accessing and using the web site and its contents for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
4. Violating in any way the fundamental rights, honour, image, and personal and family privacy of third parties.
5. Violating rules on the disclosure of information.
6. Infringing industrial and intellectual property rights or regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
7. Publishing, divulging, advertising or distributing any material or information which is illegal, obscene, pornographic, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, racist, or which is in any other way contrary to ethics, good practises and public security.
8. Inserting computer viruses, faulty files or any other computer programme which could damage or adversely affect contents, programmes or information systems.
9. In any event, sending bulk and/or repetitive e-mails to a number of people, or sending third party e-mail addresses without their consent.
10. Using the web site and its contents for commercial purposes, unless written permission from the Iavante Foundation has been secured. These commercial purposes include, without limitation:
    
    1. The resale or redistribution of the web site, its contents and/or services through another web site.
    2. The use of deep linking techniques.

Users are bound to make reasonable use of the web site and its contents in accordance with the possibilities and ends to which they have been created. Iavante will not be liable, either directly or indirectly, for incorrect use of the web site or its content by the user, who assumes complete responsibility for the consequences, damages or actions arising from accessing or using, reproducing or providing information about the web site or its contents.

Neither is the Foundation responsible in any way for the information, images, opinions, suggestions or content of any kind which is communicated, stored, transmitted, placed at the disposal of or exhibited through forums. Specifically, the Iavante Foundation does not identify with any opinions users may transmit through the web site, for which they are wholly responsible.
