- Inserting computer viruses, faulty files or any other computer programme which could damage or adversely affect contents, programmes or information systems.
- In any event, sending bulk and/or repetitive e-mails to a number of people, or sending third party e-mail addresses without their consent.
- Using the web site and its contents for commercial purposes, unless written permission from the Iavante Foundation has been secured. These commercial purposes include, without limitation:
- The resale or redistribution of the web site, its contents and/or services through another web site.
- The use of deep linking techniques.
Users are bound to make reasonable use of the web site and its contents in accordance with the possibilities and ends to which they have been created. Iavante will not be liable, either directly or indirectly, for incorrect use of the web site or its content by the user, who assumes complete responsibility for the consequences, damages or actions arising from accessing or using, reproducing or providing information about the web site or its contents.
Neither is the Foundation responsible in any way for the information, images, opinions, suggestions or content of any kind which is communicated, stored, transmitted, placed at the disposal of or exhibited through forums. Specifically, the Iavante Foundation does not identify with any opinions users may transmit through the web site, for which they are wholly responsible.
