Iavante selects its professionals through public announcements, based on the principles of merit and capacity; our fundamental criterion is, of course, finding the best professional for each post. The Foundation adapts the composition of its staff to meet the requirements of its constitutional objectives and budgetary resources, and the organisational chart is determined by these factors. In order to join the staff at Iavante, the prospective candidate must pass a publically announced selection process designed to guarantee the principles of equality, merit and capacity.
