  1. The Iavante Foundation, in compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July regulating information society and electronic commerce services, declares that its company name is IAVANTE Fundación para el Avance Tecnológico y el Entrenamiento Profesional. The company’s CIF is G-29817988. The registered address is Avda. Marie Curie nº16 Primera Planta 29590 Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía - Campanillas (Málaga).
  2. The Iavante Foundation declares that the aim of the www.iavante.es web site is to provide the general public with information on the activities of the organisation and the services it provides, transferring requests received from users to the corresponding internal service.
  3. The Iavante Foundation is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the www.iavante.es web site and all the contents therein. The Foundation has exclusive operating rights over said contents in general, and specifically over any reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of the same.
  4. The Iavante Foundation, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 regulating Personal Data Protection (LOPD) and its implementing provisions, guarantees the safety and confidentiality of data provided by its clients.

Likewise, the inclusion of a link does not imply any recommendation on the part of the Fundación of the web site or the products or services advertised or sold therein. In view of this, the Foundation advises users to read the privacy policies contained in said web sites.
